This small set of therapy balls is used for smaller spaces. We love them for our feet, hands, wrists and shoulders.

The medium set of therapy balls is slightly larger and feels great for releasing tension along the spine, along the shins and also the shoulders.

ALPHA Ball

The alpha ball is the largest rubber ball. It is dense and feels fantastic while releasing the neck or deep into the glutes and thighs.

Coregeous® Ball

The coregeous ball is sometimes used in our yoga and pilates classes as well as a favourite in our therapy ball class. This soft, pliable ball can be used in many ways. We love it under our pelvis, between our shoulder blades and between our legs.

Roll Model Starter Kit

This kit is a complete set and an ideal choice to add to your home props. We will use all of these ball selections in most of our classes.
